The Trading Online Voucher (TOV) is a government grant run by your Local Enterprise Office. It was built to help small Irish businesses get online and trade online — and it covers 50% of your approved costs, up to €2,500.
It's real, it's straightforward, and thousands of Irish businesses have already used it. Most owners just don't know it exists — or find the paperwork off-putting.

The voucher matches your spend euro-for-euro up to a €2,500 ceiling. Spend €5,000 or more and you receive the full €2,500. Already used a voucher before? A second voucher of up to €2,500 is available to grow your online presence further.

- How long does approval take?

- Do I have to attend a seminar?
- Many LEOs ask applicants to attend a short, free information session before applying. We'll tell you whether Tipperary requires it and point you to the next date.
- Can I use it for an online shop?
